Lifetime Warranty
Brief Overview
Every window tint film that we offer, and every vehicle we tint is backed by our comprehensive lifetime warranty. For ultimate peace of mind, let's go over the in's and out's of our warranty so you understand what is and isn't covered should you need it.
What IS Covered
All of the window tint films we use are designed to last a lifetime, but we understand that sometimes things happen!

Window tint failure is a rare occurrence, but is absolutely covered by warranty. Should you notice any fading, peeling that isn't caused by rolling the windows down too early, bubbling, or delamination, please let us know as soon as possible!

While we strive for perfect installations every time, there is still a human element to installing window tint and we'll make it right if anything isn't up to your standard. While rare, if you notice any imperfections like dirt, fuzz, or any other debris, or any light showing through where it shouldn't, please let us know!

As mentioned before, we do everything we can to make sure that every window tint job that leaves our shop is absolutely flawless. We also know that every once in a while things just happen, but we'll always make it right.

As much as doing the best work possible is at the core of what we stand for, customer service stands right there with it. If for any reason you notice something that you aren't 100% satisfied with, please give us a call, send us an email, or stop by in person and we'll gladly get you taken care of.
Key Points
-
Film failure such as fading, bubbling, and delamination is covered.
-
Debris under the film and light gaps are covered.
-
If anything bothers you about your window tint, give us a call or swing by and we'll get you taken care of.
What IS NOT Covered
While the lifetime warranty on our window tint covers just about everything, there's one important thing to note that it does not cover unfortunately: physical damage.

Physical damage for any reason cannot be covered by the warranty, as it is entirely outside our or the film manufacturer's control. Any actual film failure is covered as it's a fault of the manufacturing process, and will gladly be fixed by us. We'll handle everything with manufacturer so you don't have to. Any installation error is on us, and we'll gladly make it right.

However, once your vehicle leaves our shop, if the tint is scratched, torn, peeled up by not waiting the correct amount of time or by sheer force, or damaged in an accident or due to vandalism, we unfortunately cannot cover it under warranty.

For those of you whose film is damaged by sever weather conditions, in an accident, or due to vandalism, many times it can be covered by your insurance! We've reinstalled window tint on many vehicles that needed windows replaced due to hail, as well as vehicles that were in an accident that repairs were covered by insurance.

If you ever notice any imperfection in your window tint and you're not 100% certain where it falls under the warranty, don't hesitate to give us a call or stop by the shop, we'll be more than happy to take a look!
